The name “Simply Florida” originated in 1998 when the family purchased it’s first vacation home in the Davenport area of Central Florida. We searched for a catchy name for our website and ultimately came up with www.simplyflorida.net which advertised extensively through holiday magazines and vacation websites. By the year 2000 we had added another villa to our personal property potfolio and today we are up to five.
As a result of our own expansion and introducing family and friends to the idea of owning their own home in Florida, we started our own management company called Simply Florida Property Management Inc. Since 1998 we have grown from five to over thirty homes in the Davenport and Kissimmee area of Central Florida, specialising in properties around the Ronald Reagan Parkway (CR54), Highway 27 and Formossa Gardens area of Highway 192.
Our monthly management service to homeowners includes regular visits by our pool and yard maintenance teams, pest control interior and exterior. We work with a number of agents around the world that provide us with regular bookings for our clients’ villas.
We now have a team of licenced Realtors working with Simply Florida to provide an all round service to clients and prospective vacation home owners.
