- You are prohibited from using the Service for auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing, fax or voicemail broadcasting or fax or voicemail blasting
- Plan may not be used for dial-up Internet access or business purposes
- Usage may be monitored for compliance with plan restrictions
- All rates and available calling areas are subject to change
- Call Logic reserves the right to immediately terminate or modify the Service if they determine, in their sole and absolute discretion, that your use of the Service is, or at any time was, inconsistent with normal residential usage patterns
